Here’s how to order from Cakes From The Heart: participating agencies share information about Cakes From The Heart with their clients and assist them in completing the order form. The agency then submits the cake request on the client’s behalf. Once a request is received, it is distributed to our volunteer bakers. An assigned volunteer baker is responsible for baking, decorating, and delivering the cake or cupcakes directly to the referring agency. Please keep in mind that we do not deliver to client homes, we deliver to the agency requesting the cake for a client and delivery time is between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.

If your agency would like to explore a partnership with us, please complete our Agency Inquiry Form so we can learn more about your organization and the best way to connect.

In 2017, our volunteers (then part of Birthday Cakes 4 Free) were honored with the Iowa Governor’s Volunteer Award, recognizing their dedication to bringing joy and celebration to children and seniors across the community.
